I have been working in the mortgage industry and specializing in VA loans since 1992. Prior to becoming a loan officer I sold real estate in Midland, Texas, Houston, Texas, Seattle, Washington, and Las Vegas, Nevada. While in U.S. Army I have served in several places within the United States as well as overseas including the Philippines, Japan, Vietnam and Korea. Since I have been in the mortgage industry I have witnessed many, many changes. I have done all types of loans including, conventional, FHA, non-conforming and of course VA. The VA guaranteed loan has not really changed a lot since it was put into law in 1944.
